Terms of Service

These terms are between you and CRIBINC, LLC, doing business as Tech-Gurunomics ("we", "us"). By using this website, buying Store Compliance Pages, or using one of our apps, you agree to them.

Apps

• Our apps (Mise Books, Lectern Bible, Bible-StudyGuide) are licensed to you, not sold. Apps downloaded from the App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
• In-app purchases and subscriptions bought through the App Store are billed and refunded by Apple under Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Mise Books helps you organize business records. It does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice and does not file returns for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you file.
• Bible-StudyGuide's AI features run on an AI provider key you supply. Your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them, and AI-generated text can be wrong.

Store Compliance Pages

• What you buy. For $39, we host a privacy policy page, a support page and an account/data deletion page for one app for 12 months, check them weekly, and make reasonable edits you request.
• Your information. Pages are written from the information you give us about your app. You are responsible for that information being accurate and for telling us when it changes. You confirm you have the right to publish the app details you send.
• Not legal advice. We are not a law firm. The service is document preparation and hosting, not legal advice, and does not guarantee approval by Apple, Google or any regulator.
• Refunds. If you're not happy with the first draft, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
• Renewal and ending. Service ends after 12 months unless you renew. If you don't renew, we'll keep your pages online for 30 days after the end date so you have time to move them, then take them down.
• We may refuse or end service for apps that are unlawful, deceptive, or that ask us to publish statements we know to be false, with a pro-rated refund.

General

• The website and services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
• Notices. Legal and regulatory notices may be sent by email to admin@tech-gurunomics.com or by mail to CRIBINC, LLC d/b/a Tech-Gurunomics, 115 Sunnyside St SW, Hartville, OH 44632. That address is for correspondence only; no solicitation, marketing mail or packages are accepted there.
• We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date.
